About Deals.com.au
Deals.com.au was founded in 2010 and aims to provide members with discounted deals in cities throughout Australia. While there are many sites which provide 'daily deals' for electronics type products, there were no websites which provided discounted stuff that people actually want - massages, meals or individual products.
Stuff you actually want
At Deals.com.au we make sure that the product we sell is something that our members want, rather than stock overruns or remainders. Deals.com.au allows you, as a member, to experience something you may not have ever known about or considered buying at a vastly reduced price.
Straight down the line
At Deals.com.au we try to make it as simple as possible for our members. Vendors are required to provide a simple product without a massive amount of fine print (or lots of secret and confusing terms and conditions). Anything that is important will be pointed out very clearly - if there are any problems with the deal, we encourage members to contact us immediately.

At Deals.com.au we are a service business, first and foremost - it is our goal to connect vendors with our members (and purchasers). deals.com.au is one of the best sites available. The deals are fantastic, great value and a good variety. I have had a few issues with the companies offering the vouchers and deals have been so responsive. Of all the sites offering one day deals deals.com.au provides the best customer service by far!! I have bought 23 deals from them so far and recommended them to several of my friends.
As an added bonus their friend referral system is the most generous and effective of all the sites I visit. 10% of anything the friend you refer buys within 12 months. You can even see a list of who you have referred and when you referred them.
This is simply the best site bar none. They even provide a phone number to contact them so you know they stand by their service.
Seriously Lisa, you’ve contacted deals.com.au and got a response!!! I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now as my partner and me have bought a Phuket accommodation voucher and have been told by the hotel that because we are not married or not living together for more than 2 years that we cannot stay at the hotel – not that they have even asked if we are married or living together. No where does it state on the voucher from deals.com.au or the website of the hotel that unless you are married or living together that you cannot stay at the hotel. No one from deals.com.au has responded to my emails and we are now considering heading in the direction of contacting the relenvant authorities as we are getting no help or response frrom deals.com.au. Unless Jess would like to now contact me. We cannot stay at the hotel and I just want my money back.
This is a response from an actual customer not an employee trying to advertise their business!!!
Very disappointed with my purchase from Deals.com.au, I believe it was false advertising and the careless automated response to my emails topped it off.
I purchased a FULL body massage that was supposed to go for 1 hr and 30 minutes, instead l got a back rub and in a seedy apartment and was let out 15 minutes early! There was only the male who gave the back rub to me in the apartment, which to me is a bit dodgy!
I will NEVER purchase from deals.com.au again!!!!
Ordered goods in February never recieved. No contact and no communication. When I send them a email it is responded to very quickly and then nothing. No further contact no product and and no refund. I have been asking for a refund since April as apparently it takes two months to deliver product in Australia.
Terrible site do not buy anything from these gypsies. At best they are confidence people or my opinion thieves.
