I have purchased 2 tickets for Valentine day 14/2/12 cost $44 eWAY transaction number 48484587 Invoice no. 14080 merchant ID 42280065
bank authorisation no. 080485. Since it is no longer on, as the company has packed up for the season. I would like to be reimbursed with my money. Yours faithfully, Marlene Trainor
My experience has been bad so far…purchased an item in Dec’11, Contacted the customer service dept in the middle of Jan 12 and was advise to contact again at the end of Jan 12 as they were allegedly busy with orders. Tried phoning since then and I am unable to get through as their answering message states that they are busy and one should call back. Who pays for these calls?
What has happened to my order now that it has been 2 months?
