Attrocious service. Happy to take money, but not provide item. Was going to take 3 weeks the item within Australia, 5 weeks later I still don’t have it, nor a response to my email regarding this. Could not reccommend soldsmart to anyone else.
They are pretty good for me.
I am a new mother and ordered breast pumps and a baby monitor from them. They didn’t ship the products out at the same time, so they reached me on different days 1 day apart. That was okay. It took 7 days from the time I paid for the products to arrive in the post.
The products are not the best quality but they arent the worst quality either. The baby monitor works well but it is rather plasticky but given the cheap price I paid that’s just all right.
