Same Problem ordered items from this website ( Vouchers.com.au). I have not received the goods and I cannot get replies from Tim Gosper his mob number is 0414 228 632 or any of his organiations as welll as his other company (Everyouncecouunts.com.au). He operates from Gold Coast. It would appear it is a complete Scam.

Have been trying to get goods that I PAID FOR since ordering in mid December 2011. Now its nearly April 2012. Have been in contact with ACCC and they assure me they are a listed company not under administration. So it’s time they were prosecuted for fraud. All the complaints I read about them are the same. No delivery, inability to get response. I think it is time the fraud squad investigate them as it clearly suggests theft by selling a product that does not exist. How long will they get away with this kind of misrepresentation. Be lovely to hear from Voucher.com.au to give me a reason not to pursue them further. SB

I have been trying to get the item I paid for since January. Have lodged a complaint with them and was told I would get a refund but still have not got it weeks later, now they are not replying to my emails so I think we should all make complaints to the Dept of Fair Trading. They are a complete rip off.

simon brown April 4, 2012 at 6:08 pm

They operate out of the Gold Coast I believe so we all need to make a formal complaint through the Office of Fair Trading, QLD Govt, at this link if you care to:
http://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/complaint-direct.htm It gives some advice as to how to go about it.
Someone needs to make a stand, I had a family party last night and my daughter in law said yeah, I bought the same iPhone leads and got burned too , gee wiz how many $5 purchases add up to large fraud…do it!

Reply

Chris Ostapenko April 19, 2012 at 3:55 pm

Absolute scammers, ordered iphone cables, items never arrived, initially they blammed their supplier, then they promised a refund and guess what that never arrived either. They are ripping off consumers, stay well clear of this site.

The saga continues…and yes the fight is worth it even for $5 as fraud is fraud! I also contacted who I purchased through, which was PayPal. It is appropriate to request refund through your bank, etc, as the contract was never fulfilled after payment. Their ‘out clause’ of course is ‘refunds only within 45 days’, so the deal runs for about a month, then you are expected to wait 21 working days which is 3 weeks, then they say having problems with delivery so you wait more weeks, then you ask for refund, and guess what 3 months slip by and PayPal says bye bye! I am asking PayPal to step up to the plate and doing something responsible and screw these guys out of their fraudulently gained payments. Make a complaint to your purchase chain, Bank, PayPal or whatever, and demand a refund at that end. Someone needs to get angry, I am.

Same story for me – I was getting replies and was promised a refund for something I ordered back in November 2011…..no refund, no goods and no responses to my last couple of emails. I too was disappointed that Paypal could not do anything as it was past their 45 day complaint period. I am angry enough to do the fair trading complaint so here I go!

We need a few more annoyed victims like you and me to make a difference, short of driving the QLD and smacking someone out, it is all we can do, good on you, good luck, not that I have heard from Dept of Fair Trading either but who knows…..

Renu April 30, 2012 at 10:56 am

Mine is the same story. Has anyone heard from Dept of Fair trading? Is there a point in contacting them? One has to do a very long form to lodge a complaint.

I’ve been ripped off too by this crowd. I did a bit of research, and found that this guy Gosper may be tied in with the site mothersday.com.au and a guy called James Wester. Have a look at the entry on their Facebook page dated 17th March! Look and sound familiar? I’ve lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

Wilson Compton April 22, 2012 at 2:18 pm

Mr Gosper did reply to me tells me he has 1000 domain names and 2 companies so I would suggest a ban on all Internet sites which deliver a similar service and let them sort it out when they start to feel it in the hip pocket I will be notifying fair trading Qld on Monday and persuing this maggot. Please support me by doing the same. I am out 49 dollars its not the bank of England by I work for my money this maggot should do the same and notify everyone in your address book as well. Then forward the maggot a copy of your email… now sue me Mr Gosper

Same story with me I was also offered a refund which never came thru. I have written numerous emails but have not been getting replies. I am planning to write to Dept of Fair Trading. Please advise.

Hi Renu, as the company seems to operate out of QLD and of course affects customers Australia wide, I think the appropriate response is to make a complaint through the office directly responsible for the operations of businesses operating out of their state, that is the Office Of Fair Trading, Queensland Government. Have a look at this link before you start
http://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/make-a-complaint.htm
Yes you can download a weighty paper form to fill out but below is a link to the online complaint form

http://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/online-complaint-form.htm

There are about 7 types of info they want from you to process your complaint, so have all the chronological events jotted down before you start and then fill it out. As you can see from this post, there is a groundswell of unhappiness and people are starting to hop on board. It’s the only way we can remove the ‘maggots’ Wilson referred to on Apr 27. Good luck.

Same story here! Out of pocket $49 for a product I paid for in February. Originally replies to my email promised a refund, now there are no replies and Every Ounce Counts (the parent company of vouchers.com.au) website appears to be offline. SO pissed off.

Hi Gen
The same story keeps on being added to this page, I went through the process of lodging an on-line complaint through this link:-
http://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/online-complaint-form.htm
and having prepared a log of every email I sent and received before going online, I filled in the complaint criteria and am awaiting some response from Depart of Fair Trading QLD. Got acknowledgement of receipt of complaint, now waiting for some results. You can also add attachments like copies of voucher or your email conversations as a Word doc if you prefer. It’s not too painful.
It is the only way the bastards will ever be held accountable. So I suggest you get on board too! Even if nothing comes of it the satisfaction of clicking “submit” gives you a better feeling than thinking about the $49
Details of use are as follows:
“This website is owned and operated by Every Ounce Counts Pty Ltd (“EOC”).”
52 Nerang Street, Southport, Queensland, 4215 – ABN 51136289417
Manager Tim Gosper
tim@everyounce.com.au | P: 0414 228 632” Good luck!

Hi simon i tried the phone number but the number is turned off no big surprise, i have just posted on a current affair about a warning to people not to use voucher.com.au after they ran a story about how popular the offers are from various companies. i have had the same issues as everyone seems to have written i contacted accc and they told me to write a letter of demand to voucher this has failed and have now been put in touch with department of commerce who are sending out a complaint form. accc told me that the company has broken section 36 of the australian consumer code of conduct as well as another which i cant recall.
i plan to pursue the case into small claims court and claim costs on top of the cost of the necklace i brought and hopefully if enough of us keep this up we will be able to get them closed down

On attempting to buy a product from voucher .com I was unable to locate the special number asked for. I could not determine whether I had succeeded in purchasing the item — it is long enough now that I presume I didn’t.

I sent numerous messages to crew@voucher.com, up to one raising the suspicion they might be a scam. None evoked a reply. I shall certainly not attempt to do business with them again.

I paid $54 for two items via paypal thinking I’d be protected.
However paypal do not take up disputes after 45 days.
I had one reply from Brad at vouchers.com.au assuring me that the suppliers would be contacted and I would receive my goods within a few weeks.(Pacifier)
Why do Paypal even have them on their list of “trusted” websites ?

simon brown May 9, 2012 at 11:58 am

Well we had a go at PayPal on same issue, so maybe EVERYBODY needs to work on PayPal to remove that support, and keep it up until they do….

I have lodged a complaint with the office of Fair Trading and also Paypal. So should everybody else who has been ripped off by this man. Let’s hope they take action against him very soon.

Hi all, i had contacted paypal and they told me that they cant do anything due to it being more than 45 days but as i had made the purchase on a credit card they advised me that i could contact my bank and they can do a demand from the suppliers bank. paypal also advised me that voucher.com.au are no longer dealing with voucher.com.au although they could not provide any specifics but they assured me that voucher.com.au will not be able to receive any further payments through them. so at least this is a good thing. i then contacted my bank and as the purchase is over 90 days they can only do a manual request for refund from the suppliers bank so hope this will be approved so if you used a credit or debit master or visa cards etc try contacting your bank and see what they can do for you, my bank is one of the 4 big banks so i would imagine that other banks should have a similar process. will keep you upto date on my process and hope others can get their refunds as well hopefully before the company does something like file for bankruptcy which is common with lowlifes like this. have a great day

Well done, good news on the PayPal front, just another step closer to wiping these renegades out of business. And if that happens, then of course somehow we need to know they are not just rolling out another get rich quick website aimed at the average joe’s wallet.

Simon I have lodged with Paypal, ACCC and with Fair Trading Qld . I don’t hold much hope from Fair Trading as I have had dealings with them before. I certainly hope everyone else does the same. This Tim Gosper needs to be stopped and brought to account.
